Pinot Nero
I have always loved this variety, so I decided to dedicate a small plot to it.
The altitude and the remarkable fertility of the soil do not allow for the cultivation of native red grape varieties, so I chose Pinot Noir, which finds a perfect habitat here.
Red berry fruits, delicacy, and well-balanced acidity and minerality, with a remarkable structure gifted by the Sicilian sun.
Excellent with traditional appetizers from our land, cured meats, and delicate cheeses.
