LABELS OVERVIEW
Since 2015, I have been producing my signature labels: Nostrale, Catartico, and Insolito. My portfolio has expanded to six labels, including Metodo Classico, Pinot Nero, and All'Ombra dei pini.
In April 2025 a new label came to life: Rosé from the vineyard in Contrada Fastuchera.

This elegant red was born from a blend of Syrah and Nerello Mascalese to which I decided to add Nero d’Avola, a grape my grandfather Nicolò loved dearly.

Metodo Classico
CATARTICO was born from the desire to create a complex and contemplative white wine, with a significant structure that remains balanced.
Herbal and citrusy notes, white pulp fruit, elegant acidity, and brilliant minerality.
With just 24 hours of skin maceration and 9 months in oak tonneaux, this wine presents itself with a bold character.
Pinot Nero
Red berry fruit, delicacy, well-balanced acidity and minerality, with remarkable structure gifted by the Sicilian sun.
